First Day of School

Monday, August 17 is the first day of school for the 2020-21 term.  Students enrolled in the Traditional Learning Framework will begin the 1st 9 weeks in Remote Learning due to the current COVID-19 health situation.  For information about what that will look like this year, please click the more information button below to view the Reset Plan Information Hub.

The IT Help desk is currently experiencing technical difficulties with phone systems.  Please contact them via helpdesk@hsv-k12.org until further notice.

​IT Help Desk information will operate as follow during the School Year:

        Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm

IT ​Help Desk offers technical support to System Technicians, Library Media Specialist,  teachers, and students to better utilize our digital curriculum.

Student/Faculty
  • password resets for computer logon
  • logon issues with Clever
  • logon issues with Inow
  • Troubleshoot and analyze data in relation to various software systems

Assist System Technicians and Library Media Specilist to troubleshoot technical issues at the schools

Monitor and review ConnectWise Ticketing System
