General Information
IT Help Desk information will operate as follows during the School Year:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
IT Help Desk Direct Line: 256-428-6900, or email us at helpdesk@hsv-k12.org.
When leaving a message for HelpDesk via email or voicemail please include the following:
- Student name
- Student Grade
- School that student is currently attending
IT Help Desk offers technical support to System Technicians, Library Media Specialist, Teachers, and Students to better utilize our digital curriculum.
Student/Faculty
- password resets for computer logon
- Email / O365 logins and issues
- Troubleshoot and analyze data in relation to various software systems
Assist System Technicians and Library Media Specialist to troubleshoot technical issues at the schools
Monitor and review ConnectWise Ticketing System
