Columbia High School Talon Team will be hosting a 4 on 4 basketball tournament during 4th block on Thursday. See Dr. Brand for details on how to play.

Academics
Only a couple of weeks left in this semester, please make sure you stay on top of your grades and make up any missed assignments.
Attendance
We thank each of you for improving our attendance rate. I need everyone present for the next couple of weeks of school. If you are going to be absent due to leaving the country or family vacation, please email me so I can approve.
Our goal is 95% attendance rate and we are where we need to be currently. Let's continue to get even more.
December attendance challenge. Whatever grade level has the fewest absences and has over a 95% attendance rate for December will win a trip to Main Event in January. Do you accept the challenge?
Please encourage your scholar to attend school every day because attendance is very important to us at Columbia. Please visit our attendance page on our school's website for information.

Athletics
Bowling team will compete at Madison Bowl on Monday with matches starting at 3:30 PM.
Bowling team will compete at River City Lanes on Tuesday with matches starting at 3:00 PM.
Basketball Teams will host Madison County on Tuesday, tipoff is set for 4:30 PM.
All Fall sport athletes will be traveling to Birmingham on Wednesday. This is our way of saying thank you to all of our student athletes.
Wrestling team will travel to Huntsville High School on Friday with matches starting at 3:00 PM. Basketball Teams will host Hazel Green on this Friday with tipoff set for 4:30 PM.
