Keitra Payne

Hello!! My name is Keitra Payne. I am so excited to begin my first year at ASFL. I am from Atmore, AL. I have resided in Huntsville since 2012. I served six years in the Alabama Army National Guard as a Food Service Specialist. I am thrilled to spread knowledge about English Language Arts/Literature to 6th and 7th graders during this school year. My philosophy is to always spread love, spread kindness, and spread gratitude. I think teachers make the world a better place. My goal is to always provide a safe, comfortable, effective academic environment to each and every one of my scholars. I am married to my loving husband, Melvin. I also have an outgoing and loving son, Keilin. My hobbies are teaching children, tutoring, spending time with my family, reading, writing, and volunteering. Here's to a successful year at ASFL Middle School!
