5/6/19 Weekly Update from Mr. Bonner
Dear AAA Families,
This week is teacher appreciation week. I try to remind my teachers that they do hard work that is very important. They work tirelessly all year to serve your children and all of those members of our school community.
Our may activities are now in full swing. We have a choral performance at 1:30 p.m. and then again at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 7th. Our annual Piggy Opera is Friday Morning May 10th and our Middle School Dance is Friday Evening. On Saturday May 11th we are having a dramatic presentation of Painted Rain at 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Painted Rain will be performed in our Small Lab as a theater in the round configuration. Please take note of the dates below for our Bridging Ceremonies.
One last reminder…As we begin these events during the school day please be reminded that it is important that everyone sign in at the front office. Should you desire to take your child home after any of these events, it is necessary to sign your child out at the front office as well. This includes Fun Day coming up on Thursday May 16th. We do this as a safety precaution. We realize that waiting to sign in can be a result of this policy, so please try to arrive early and be patient with our process.
We are all busy working to have a meaningful end to the year, and we are preparing to make next year special as well.
