Olenia Walker

I have over 28 years of exemplary, documented leadership in both military and civilian environments. I am a veteran who served in the United States Army, both as an enlisted soldier and as an officer. With a focus on quality and achievement, I am a dedicated leader with expertise in teaching both adults as well as children with special needs. As an exceptionally skilled teacher, I provide positive encouragement and individualized support, while creating and implementing innovative curriculum techniques. I maintain professionalism with a high level of patience and commitment, successful classroom management, build coalitions, provide training and development of teaching assistants, problem solving and conflict management.
