Haleigh Walden

Welcome to 2nd Grade! My name is Haleigh Walden. I have the honor of teaching my favorite grade, 2nd grade! This will be my 4th year teaching in the Huntsville City Schools district and my 3rd year at Blossomwood! I have a passion for teaching children to love learning. I believe every child can learn. I am originally from a small town North of Birmingham called Oneonta. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am a member of Summit Crossing Community Church, where I serve as a connections team leader. I particularly love returning back to my Alma Mater to cheer on the Auburn Tigers. I also enjoy crocheting, watching movies, baking, hiking, and traveling.

"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." - Proverbs 22:6
"Teachers who love teaching, teach children to love learning."
