Hello! This will be my second year teaching Collaborative Education at Blossomwood Elementary. I am very excited to work with your child(ren), and I look forward to a fun yet productive year. I am a firm believer in making learning fun and engaging for the students. I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a safe, caring, and stimulating environment to grow and mature intellectually, physically, and emotionally. It is my desire as an educator to help children reach their full potential by providing an environment that is safe, inviting, and caring. My goals are to act as a guide to the students, allow the student's natural curiosity to direct his/her learning, and encourage the students to respect everyone and everything that surrounds them. I am a Huntsville native; however, I lived in Montgomery for 14 years before returning home in 2018. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my friends and family.

I spent a year and a half teaching 4th and 5th-grade self-contained with Montgomery Public Schools. During the 2018-2019 school year, I taught collaborative with 11th graders, and I taught self-contained with 9th and 10th graders with Huntsville City Schools. This is my second year at Blossomwood Elementary, but my third year of teaching.
