Mrs. Kim Deem

Mrs. Deem is joining Blossomwood Elementary from Wetumpka, Alabama! She and her husband, Jason, are excited to be in the Huntsville area with their two children. Mrs. Deem loves learning and has obtained a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and in Instructional Leadership! In addition to coming up with creative ways to teach in the classroom, she also uses her creativity to make custom decorated cookies! She can't wait to serve students in the Blossomwood community!

Experience: 
Mrs. Deem has taught 13 years at Wetumpka Elementary School in Wetumpka, Alabama. She taught 9 years in 1st Grade and then moved with her students to 2nd Grade where she taught 2 years. She was then moved to 4th Grade where she has been for the past 2 years. While at Wetumpka Elementary School she was honored to be named Teacher of the Year. She looks forward to continuing her career at Blossomwood.
