Weather Notice

Due to the potential for icy road conditions, Huntsville City Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, December 11, 2019. The two-hour delay will also apply to all HCS employees, unless otherwise directed by your supervisor.  All elementary, middle, and junior high classes will begin at 10:00am.  All high school classes will begin at 10:30am.  Buses will also run on a two-hour delayed schedule. 

 

Huntsville City Schools Weather Safety Team, working in conjunction with the EMA and other local agencies, will continue to monitor conditions and send out updates should any additional changes be necessary.  For more information about the weather safety decision process, please select the more information link below.

Stephanie MacGillivray

Mrs. MacGillivray moved to Huntsville 6 years ago with her husband and two sons. Calvin is 16 and is in 11th grade. Clayton is 14 and is in 9th grade. They both attend Huntsville High School and are active in their extracurricular activities. Football season is Mrs. MacGillivray's favorite time of the year. She and her family are avid Crimson Tide fans and enjoy attending as many games as they can. Besides watching football, Mrs. MacGillivray also enjoys family movie night, reading mystery novels, working in the yard, and baking Christmas cookies.
