I am excited about being the school counselor at Chaffee. This is my 6th year here as counselor, and I am looking forward to a wonderful year. I have been a counselor in Huntsville City Schools for 23 years, I enjoy being a school counselor. My career as an educator started many years ago, and in my career I have been fortunate to have worked at Davis Hills Middle, Academy for Academics and Arts, Farley and Chaffee part time for one year. I have been full time at Chaffee for two years and now part time again at Chaffee and Farley. As a counselor, I believe in, building relationships with students of all backgrounds, having enthusiasm to help students, advocating for student success and collaborating with parents and other professionals.
