Mrs. Yocom

Welcome!!! I spent August 2007-May 2018 teaching 4th and 5th grade at Providence Elementary School. I came to Challenger August 2018 and taught 5th grade and transitioned to 3rd grade in 2021! I've wanted to teach at Challenger since I was a student here!

My husband is a teacher in Madison City Schools. We have 1 son, named Evan. We spend a lot of time swimming and playing with our pets! We currently have 3 dogs, a cat, 2 lizards (1 is a class pet!!), and 2 guinea pigs. Needless to say, if I wasn't a teacher, I'd be a veterinarian!

I am so very thankful and excited to be a Challenger Eagle and look forward to many years to come!
