It is with great pride and excitement that I write to you today as your new principal of Challenger Middle School. I am truly honored to become part of the Challenger community that I have known for the past 13 years.
In 2007, my growing family and I moved to Huntsville where my wife, Dr. Evelyn Frazier-Coln, was launching her solo family dental practice. Thank you for welcoming me so warmly to the Challenger family.
I am a firm believer that we are all members of one team, Team Challenger, and that we must work together and support each other in order to achieve the common goal we all share: to prepare our students for success. I vow to lead us in building positive relationships, modeling good citizenship, maintaining effective communication, and committing to the principles of servant leadership in all we do. I look forward to working with each of you as we begin a new school year and a fresh chapter at Challenger Middle.
