Tracie Rings

Hello! I am originally from Illinois, but lived in Texas for many years before moving to Alabama in 2005. My husband was in the Army, and we also were blessed with the opportunity to live in Germany. We have two great sons that mean the world to us. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, photography and (of course!) reading. I love working with children, and knew I wanted to be a teacher ever since I was in kindergarten. I think being an elementary school librarian is the best job in the school, and I enjoy making the library a welcoming place where students, family members and staff can inquire, create, share and grow!
