Blended Learning & Spring Break Feeding

All Huntsville City Schools remain closed through April 3rd.  Beginning Monday, April 6th, Huntsville City Schools will begin implementation of a Blended Learning Plan.  The Rock Worship Center & The Dream Center, in partnership with The Manna House, will be continuing curbside meal distribution during spring break.  We are grateful for the support of our community!  For more information about the blended learning plan, academic enrichment activities, and spring break feeding sites, please use the More Information button below to visit the Coronavirus & Crisis Contingency Plan page.

LTC(R) Johnnie L. Richardson II

LTC Johnnie L. Richardson II began his military career in 1985 after graduating from Hardee Sr. High School, Wauchula, FL.
At the end of his initial active duty enlistment (1989), he deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm, after which, he enrolled at Bethune-Cookma College, Daytona Beach, FL.' graduating with honors. He successfully completed the Army ROTC program as a Distinguished Military Graduate and was branched into Army Aviation.
In 1996, Richardson was assigned to 1-2 Aviation,Camp Page, Korea. Following his assignments with: 159th Aviation Regiment and 51st Signal Battalion Fort Bragg, NC (1998-2001); 588th Engineer BN, 57th Signal BN and 89th MP Brigade Fort Hood, TX (2001-2005), he would serve as the Assistant Professors of military Science, Elizabeth City State University, from 2005-2007.
From 2008 - 2010, he served as the Executive Officer for the 447th Signal Battalion,Fort Gordon, Ga.
LTC Richardson's military career culminated at Alabama A&M University, Normal, AL., as the Professor of Military Science for the ROTC program.
