Mrs. Karen Kelley

Karen Kelley
I am happy to start my 5th year at Grissom High School. I have taught in several school systems, and as an educator at NASA MSFC and SPACE CAMP. The classes I currently teach are:

Human Anatomy & Physiology: a college-prep type class that investigates the structures, functions, and dysfunctions of all the body systems through lectures, activities and dissections.

Principles of Engineering (POE), Project Lead the Way (PLTW) course, is a sweeping survey of many engineering disciplines through hands-on activities, math, critical thinking, creative thinking, teamwork and presentation activities.

I am the Head Coach for the Grissom Robotics Team- A group of students who work together as FRC Team 3319 to build a fantastic robot for FIRST (For Inspiration & Recognition of Science & Technology) Robotics Competition (FRC) each spring.
