Greetings Hampton Cove Families!
We had a wonderful Career Day and a special thank you to all of the parents who shared with our children! Thank you to our Student Council who worked as ushers for Career Day. They did a great job!

I am honored to announce that Mrs. Barbara Stokes was selected as the Outstanding Elementary Educator by the Huntsville Council of PTAs. She exemplifies Honor, Character, Excellence and Success, and is committed to all students in seeing them grow and reach their potential. We are so proud of her and cannot think of a teacher more deserving of this award! She will be honored on April 25th at the Council's Spring Award Banquet.

Our own Kaitlyn Lee journeyed to California to receive the Jessie Award from the Jessie Rees Foundation. Her Running for Joy efforts have raised over $15,000 for the Foundation through her running. At the Gala the award was presented by two Olympic gymnasts. We are so proud of Kaitlyn and all of her efforts to support children with cancer.

Thank you to those who have registered your child for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year. If you have not had an opportunity to do so, please take time to register your child through InfoSnap. If you have questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the school office at 256.428.7180. We are happy to help!
