Spelling Bee Winner

HCES 3rd grade student, Jason Chen, won our school spelling bee held January 12th-14th. Jason went on to participate in the Madison County spelling bee held February 1st-5th against 54 other spellers. He came in second place amongst spellers ranging from 3rd to 8th grade. Congratulations Jason, job well done, we are so proud of you.
