The 2017-2018 school year marks my 8th year as an educator. I spent the first 6 years teaching students with special needs in kindergarten and first grade in the Madison City School district. I graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education in December 2009.

I have one child, Emma, who is a fun little girl who just began attending Hampton Cove this year. I'm so happy to have her as part of my school family. I enjoy spending time with her, watching college football, singing karaoke (in my car), playing trivia, reading, and shopping. I just bought my first house this summer and have spent a lot of time creating our space.

I'm so happy to be at HCES!! Go Hawks!!
