HHS Student Awarded with Academic Honors from College Board National Recognition Programs
Congratulations to our own Eva Aubel, who is one of the students from across the country to earn academic honors from the College Board’s National Recognition Programs! These National Recognition Programs grant underrepresented students with academic honors that can be included on college and scholarship applications and connect students with universities across the country, helping them stand out during the admissions process. Colleges and scholarship programs use these honors to identify students from underrepresented groups through College Board’s Student Search Service.
Eva, a senior at Huntsville High School has received the National Hispanic Recognition Award by the College Board. She earned this recognition for her academic achievements in school and outstanding scores on her AP Exams last spring. In addition, Eva is active in many organizations at Huntsville High School. She is actively involved in one of the first Space Force JROTC programs where she holds leadership roles, she is a theater “tech” for the many productions of the Fine Arts Department and is a leader on the State recognized Cybersecurity program at the school.
