Blended Learning & Spring Break Feeding

All Huntsville City Schools remain closed through April 3rd.  Beginning Monday, April 6th, Huntsville City Schools will begin implementation of a Blended Learning Plan.  The Rock Worship Center & The Dream Center, in partnership with The Manna House, will be continuing curbside meal distribution during spring break.  We are grateful for the support of our community!  For more information about the blended learning plan, academic enrichment activities, and spring break feeding sites, please use the More Information button below to visit the Coronavirus & Crisis Contingency Plan page.

Julie Williams

My husband Richard and I have been married for 28 years, and we have two sons, Walt and Ben, both of whom are products of Huntsville City Schools and both of whom are practicing engineers. When I am not at school, I enjoy staying active by walking in my neighborhood, working out at the Southeast YMCA, practicing yoga, and playing in the backyard with our new puppy.

After working in administrative roles for years, I came to the teaching profession when I joined the Huntsville High faculty in 2009. I have taught English 10, Honors English 10, English 11, AP Language and Composition, Yearbook, and--new this year—AP Literature and Composition. I'm very excited to be exploring new topics and texts with my students, which will allow us to know ourselves, each other, and our world more clearly.
