Lacrecia Waters

Welcome to the start of a wonderful school year. This year (2016-2017) marks my twelfth year of service in public education, and I am proud to serve as one of your 12th grade counselors, along with Mr. Watson. It is truly a joy to work with teenagers as they seek to figure out who they are and what their place is in society. I am new to the Huntsville area. I grew up in Clanton, AL in Chilton County, which is a small town known for peaches, beautiful landscape, pageantry, and southern hospitability. However, I look forward to learning more about this city and working with the students and parents. My current motto is "Everyday is an Adventure." I am excited to work within the counseling department to make sure that the students' personal/social, academic, and career needs are met so that they are college and career ready. So let's get started--and Go Panthers!!
