Lacrecia Waters

Welcome to the start of a wonderful school year. This year (2017-2018) marks my thirteenth year of service in public education, and I am proud to serve as one of your 12th grade counselors. It is truly a joy to work with teenagers as they seek to figure out who they are and what their place is in society. I am new to the Huntsville area. I grew up in Clanton, AL in Chilton County, which is a small town known for peaches, pageantry, and hospitability. Daily, I look forward to learning more about this city and working with the students and parents. My current motto is "Everyday is an Adventure." So, I fully embrace this exciting time, and I will work with our awesome counseling team to make sure that our students' personal/social, academic, and career needs are met so that they are college and career ready. So let's get started--and Go Panthers!!
