Mrs. Shari Webber King

Science Instructor
Greetings! I am a proud native of Tuskegee, Alabama. I relocated to the wonderful Huntsville area to pursue my education and career in science. I received my B.S. in Biology, Pre-Med with an Anatomy and Physiology focus, as well as a minor in Sociology in 2007. I obtained an M.Ed in Biology, Secondary Education with a concentration in Microbiology in 2010. I have been educating our youth as well as collegiate students since 2011. I am so excited about the opportunity to continue to educate the bright, young stars of our future. My philosophy of teaching science is to make it relevant, fun, and challenging. I encourage critical thinking and inquiry-based learning through a hands-on approach. This year, I have the pleasure of teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology, Honors Biology and PLTW-Human Body Systems. I look forward to a fantastic year of learning!
