Weather Notice

Due to the potential for icy road conditions, Huntsville City Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, December 11, 2019. The two-hour delay will also apply to all HCS employees, unless otherwise directed by your supervisor.  All elementary, middle, and junior high classes will begin at 10:00am.  All high school classes will begin at 10:30am.  Buses will also run on a two-hour delayed schedule. 

 

Huntsville City Schools Weather Safety Team, working in conjunction with the EMA and other local agencies, will continue to monitor conditions and send out updates should any additional changes be necessary.  For more information about the weather safety decision process, please select the more information link below.

Christopher Lewis

Christopher Lewis, a former "Jaguar", is currently serving as a collaborative teacher, head track and field coach, and varsity football assistant coach. He comes to us from Bob Jones High School, where he started in 2012. Mr. Lewis is married to Yolanda, and together they have four sons. In his spare time he enjoys playing the piano, spending time with family, and watching sports of all kind.
