Student Council Results

On Tuesday, December 17, candidates for Student Council Officer positions of Secretary, Vice President and President gave their campaign speeches in an assembly in front of 3rd-5th grade.

Congratulations to our winners:
  • Adrian Shaw, Secretary
  • Malaysia Watson, Vice President
  • Landon Moore, President.

Kudos to Trinity Washington and Diego Portillo for running for an officer position. To qualify to run for an officer position, one must first be elected as a Student Council class representative. Each homeroom in 3rd-5th grade has one boy and one girl class representative elected by their classmates in their homeroom. Student Council has helped with the Thanksgiving Lunch and Pictures with Santa and look forward to serving McDonnell Elementary this coming winter and spring 2020.
