Dr. Marie Schouten

Hello! My name is Dr. Schouten and I love teaching at Morris P-8 School! Some of my favorite aspects of Morris include our provisions for bilingual students, our partnership with the Botanical Gardens, and working with fellow teachers who care about each student. On a personal note, my husband and I enjoy art, gardening and canning, and grilling. We have a dog, Shadow, who loves to chase bugs and birds! Most important of all, we believe that Jesus Christ is our savior and prayer is a huge part of our life! I look forward to both teaching and learning in my years ahead with Huntsville City Schools.
