A Black History Month Story

By Caziahs Richardson and Kayla Fulford, 7th grade Mountain Gap Students

While walking the halls of Mountain Gap today Caziahs and I came across a poster of Dr. Martin Luther King. We were reminded of how important Dr. King was and still is to our world.

Caziahs commented, “I always enjoy coming across this poster when I’m out taking photos for the Mountain Gap yearbook. Dr. King is such an inspiration to me, especially regarding what he said about how we all should be equal and free.”

Dr. King did so much for all people and emphasized that we all should be treated fairly. He serves as an inspiration for us all!
