Rebecca Roth

I worked with special needs kids, Sunday School, and Girl Scouts when I was in college. I attended Indiana University where I received my bachelors in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education. I taught one year in Sacramento, California, before the Air Force moved my husband and me to Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. I taught preschool at the base for a year before I became a kindergarten teacher in the base school. After 3 years, I taught a transition class of kindergarten, first and second graders. This just lead me into special education at the base school.
While in Georgia, I got my masters degree in Elementary Education from Georgia College. When I decided that special education was my next career path, I went back and got a master's in Specific Learning Disabilities.

Believing that all children can learn, we as educators, parents, and friends must be creative in reaching all children and helping them to grow into the wonderful, responsible, caring people they can become. Keep doing the things that make Mt. Gap great place to work and learn for all who enter our building.
