COL (R) Diane P. Richie

I am COL(R) Diane P. Richie. I entered the Army at Fort McClellan, AL in 1986, and retired after 28 years of service at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL in 2013. I am the Senior Army Instructor for the Lee/New Century Technology HS AJROTC. I joined the FamiLee in January 2014. I have a daughter, Jessica, and three grandsons, Jayden, Jeremiah, and Carter. I am an Army brat and born in Germany however, transplanted and raised in Detroit, MI. With 28 years in the Army, I have had too many jobs to mention, but my final position on active duty was the Military Deputy for the Assistant Chief of Staff for Resource Management within the Army Materiel Command on Redstone. In my spare time I love hanging out with my grandsons and doing DIY projects around the house. As an JROTC Instructor, my greatest source of fulfillment is when the students and/or Cadets "gets it."
