1:1 Initiative Feedback

The IT Department is holding parent meetings in order to gain insight and feedback regarding the district’s 1:1 initiative. Please join us from 6:00 until 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 7th  in the Lecture Hall.  The discussion will focus on the use of technology in the classroom, student devices, and digital curriculum. We hope you can attend and discuss these topics. Your feedback is valuable in determining the district’s pathway over the next few years with the 1:1 initiative.

Greenpower Team

New Century now has a greenpower team!  In the greenpower club, students will design and build an electric car to race against other school districts at the regional, state, and national level. This club will expand engineering and computer science skills.  New Century students of all skill levels are welcome to attend the first meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 during either half of power hour. See sponsors Ms. Dickens, Ms. Latham or Mr. Archer for further information.
