Parent Access to Student Information
Parents are able to access their student’s grades and attendance by logging in to PowerSchool. Login information was distributed at the beginning of the school year. If you need assistance accessing PowerSchool for your student, please email Mrs. McGehee or Ms. Roby and we can send you a parent login letter with instructions and login details. Parents are also able to access Schoology to view all students assignments and class information. If you have not set up your access to Schoology and would like to, please email one of your student’s current teachers to request a student code which will link you to your student (not a course code).
Current COVID Precautions
If your child tests positive or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID, please contact the nurse immediately for further instruction on a return date for your child. The school nurse can be reached at 256-428-8150 ext. 277 or 177.
Please contact a doctor or urgent care if you or a family members experience the following symptoms: fever, cough, body aches, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, or sudden loss of taste or smell.
COVID absences do not count against a student’s attendance. All classwork will be posted in Schoology so students can keep up with their schoolwork.
Please send all notes for absences and check-outs to Mrs. Lightfoot.
