First Day of School

Monday, August 17 is the first day of school for the 2020-21 term.  Students enrolled in the Traditional Learning Framework will begin the 1st 9 weeks in Remote Learning due to the current COVID-19 health situation.  For information about what that will look like this year, including resources related to Schoology, please click the more information button below to view the Reset Plan Information Hub.

Katherine Collins

I was born and reared in the Panama, Canal Zone. I attended Department of Defense schools in the Canal Zone. Upon graduation, I moved to Alabama to continue my education.

This is my 23rd year teaching with Huntsville City Schools. I have always wanted to be a teacher and feel privileged to work with your children.

My husband and I have two daughters. We have lived in Oklahoma, Germany, and Alabama.
