Sara Turner

Sara Turner; Fourth Grade Teacher-Providence Elementary
Hi! My name is Sara Turner. I am a 4th grade teacher at Providence Elementary. I have a twelve year old son, Chase. I grew up in Limestone County, Alabama where I attended East Limestone High School. I played soccer there throughout my high school career, but I also loved to read and spend time with friends, which I still enjoy doing. Chase and I keep ourselves busy by watching Alabama football, attending church, reading, visiting friends and family, and by Chase playing basketball, which he really loves to do! I feel that teaching is truly my calling and my passion. A few of the hopes that I have while educating young minds are teaching them to think critically for themselves, to be able to interact with people from all different cultures and backgrounds with compassion and empathy, and to be able to follow a path that will lead them to success.
