Dan Doty

My name is Dan Doty and I am a 5th grade teacher at Ridgecrest Elementary.

My wife, Katrina, and I have three boys. Braden will be a Senior at Sparkman High School, Will will be in the 8th grade at Monrovia Middle, and Sam will be in the 5th grade at Legacy Elementary.

In addition to teaching at Ridgecrest, I also serve as the Pastor of Central Assembly of God in Huntsville.

My goal for the school year is to promote reading, literacy, and mathematics through a variety of instructional methods, media, and discussion in an effort to see growth over the course of the year.

My expectation is to have a great year and prepare my students for the challenges of middle school.
