All Schools Transitioning to Remote

All Huntsville City Schools will transition to remote learning beginning Monday, Jan. 24 through Friday, Jan. 28. Students will return to campus on Monday, Jan. 31. HCS is joining school systems across North Alabama in transitioning to remote learning due to the impacts of COVID-19 and staffing availability. Demeco Pope

I was born and raised here in Huntsville. My favorite animal is the two-fingered sloth. In my spare time I enjoy visiting the local art museum and taking walks in the park to appreciate nature. I also like attending concerts, especially ones that showcase classical music. I am looking forward to a positive and productive year in which my students grow in their ability to ask questions, do research, and reflect on what they learn.
