Talent Management

The Talent Management Department enhances the professional skills of our teachers and education professionals. This is achieved through recruitment, activities that enrich professional development, and yearly assessments to ensure that district instructional goals are being met.

Primary roles and responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, selecting, and assisting in the placement of qualified education professionals
  • Conducting and coordinating a wide variety of on-going professional development activities for teachers and for aspiring and practicing administrators
  • Conducting yearly needs assessments to ensure alignment of professional development activities to district instructional goals.
