 APPLICATION NOW OPEN FOR STUDENTS WHO JUST COMPLETED 7th GRADE!

 (2017-2018 Freshman Cohort)


 COLLEGE ACADEMY APPLICATION (see Related Documents in upper right corner of page)

 

Application requirements:

  • Application (with parent signature)
  • One (1) recommendation from principal or guidance counselor
  • One (1) recommendation from your English teacher
  • One (1) recommendation from your math teacher (a total of 3 recommendations). 
  • If NOT a current HCS students, please provide your transcript & standardized test scores (from 6th & 7th grade)
  • Student written statement (to be completed in person at one of the HCS scheduled dates & times – during February & March)

 

Completed application and related documents should be emailed to magnet@hsv-k12.org or hand-delivered/mailed to the Magnet Programs Department located at the Annie C. Merts Building, 200 White Street, Huntsville, AL 35801.
