I grew up in the desert/mountains in California. At twenty-five I decided to move to Florida, where I started my family. In 2013 we made the move to Alabama. In the midst of Covid my husband and I got married in 2020. I have two college students. Both attending UAH. My son is getting his MA in computer technology and my daughter is working on her BA in Business.

I started working for Huntsville City Schools in Dec 2015. For two years before that I worked as an independent contract interpreter for students on a military post in lower Alabama. From 2008-2013 I worked for Seminole County Schools in Florida.
