I am a native of Elba, Alabama. I have one son, Kendrick Lightfoot. I am an Alumni of Alabama A&M University; I graduated in 1981. I am a recent graduate of Snead State College. I have worked in the school system for 16 years. MY hobbies are gong to church, reading the bible, fishing, sewing, watching Hallmark movies and listening to gospel music and other christian inspirational TV programs.. The most important thing that I like about my job is interacting with the students. With the way that society is changing, there has to be someone who can try to help steer them in a positive direction. No one knows what students have to face once they leave the school setting. Whatever I can offer to make their day a little brighter, (a smile, or hug, chips, food, etc.). That's what it is all about. It's about he students. This year we will be looking for ways to help keep a positive environment to make this school year a 100% success.
