I am the wife to a wonderful husband, mother to two awesome sons, and human to a precious standard poodle. My hobbies include reading, watching documentaries, cheering on my two baseball-playing boys, spending time with family, and rooting for the Alabama Crimson Tide. I enjoy reading aloud to children, making funny voices for the characters, and creating new ways to make learning fun and the library magical for all of my students. I believe that children learn best through hands-on experiences and play, so I strive to incorporate those elements into my lessons. My goal as a librarian is for my students to associate positivity with my school library.
