I am thrilled to be the new third grade teacher at Weatherly! I grew up in Huntsville and attended the Academy for Academics and Arts for k-8 followed by Grissom High School. After graduating from UAB in spring of 2017, I spent the next year and a half traveling to developing countries around the world teaching and serving in schools, orphanages, and remote villages. I was able to see a lot of the world and learn about many different cultures. I am excited to bring those rich experiences back into my future classroom to help further the background knowledge of my students. I am eager to meet you all and super excited to start the new school year.
