Sergeant First Class (Retired) Joi Rice brings over 20 years of active-duty Army experience and a heart for service to her role. A leader, mentor, and motivator, she is passionate about empowering young people to discover their purpose, build their confidence, and lead with integrity—both in and out of uniform. Her mission goes far beyond military instruction. SFC (Ret.) Rice understands the power of discipline, resilience, and self-respect—because she’s lived it. She now pours that wisdom into her students, showing them what’s possible when you lead with intentionality.
