Mrs. Carter is originally from Birmingham, but has called Huntsville her home since 2007. The 2023-2024 school year marks her 17th year in education, and her 9th year with Huntsville City Schools. She and her husband have two children who are students in Huntsville City Schools. Mrs. Carter is thrilled to be at Huntsville Junior High School.
