Last week, our school our annual celebrated Science Week. Students were treated to a show from the Nutty Scientist where they got to experience fun experiments. That evening, students were invited to Science Night to do some experiments of their own! On Earth Day, students got to make bird feeders our of pinecones to hang in their yards at home. Finally, students were given various STEM challenges to complete. Some made paper airplanes, others made hoop gliders, and still others made roller coasters. Students and teachers alike had a blast!
