Greetings Chaffee Families,
Our students had so much fun at the Eagle Run on Friday! Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped make it a fun and exciting experience! We are so close to meeting our first big fundraising goal of $10,000! Our goal is for every student to raise at least $50. Keep getting those sponsorships. The fundraiser closes Friday, October 3. Funds raised through the Eagle Run will directly support our students! Register your child and share his/her link with your family members. See our facebook page for photos from the Eagle Run.
This Friday is our monthly PBIS Celebration! It’s an outdoor Bounce Party. Do you have a few hours to spare on Friday? If so, volunteer to help at our PBIS Celebration.
We can't wait to host our Grandparent's Lunch on Thursday, October 23! If your child's grandparents are unable to attend, please know that we welcome any special adult(s) in your child's life. Lunch is pre-order only and orders are due by Thursday, October 16. The order form was sent home this past week. If you need another copy, please reach out to your child’s teacher or the front office or see the flyer in the newsletter below. Online orders can be made through Venmo using the QR Code on the form. Be sure to include all the information requested on the form in the Notes section of Venmo. Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes before the grade level lunch time and check in at the front office with their identification. The Book Fair will be open for shopping too!
September is Attendance Awareness Month—let’s finish the month strong, only 7 more school days in September! Consistent attendance not only supports academic success but also helps students build strong relationships, develop routines, and stay connected to the vibrant school culture we are building together at Chaffee. Every day matters, and every student matters!
