Dear Senior Parents,
I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. I am reaching out to share an important announcement regarding our Class of 2025 seniors. While announcements are consistently shared on our educational platform, Schoology, and through senior teachers and group announcements, I am noticing a lack of communication reaching both our seniors and parents effectively.
Here are a few critical updates:
Senior Portraits:
Seniors had the opportunity to take their senior portraits over the summer and during a designated day here at Columbia High School. However, as of January 2025, over half of our seniors have NOT taken their formal drape/cap and gown photos. Graduation is fast approaching in May 2025, and yearbooks will also be released in May.
To ensure your senior has their photo in the yearbook, please schedule an appointment with Prestige Studio no later than January 15, 2025, and confirm the photo submission with the yearbook sponsor in person by January 31, 2025.
Packages and Fees:
Basic: $20
Standard: $30
Deluxe: $40
Ultimate: (Studio-only option)
The sitting fee must be paid at the time of the appointment. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in your senior not having their photo in the yearbook.
Communication:
Please remind your seniors to regularly check Schoology and stay informed about announcements. While Columbia staff works hard to provide all necessary information and opportunities, the responsibility lies with the students and parents to follow through.
