Thirteen Columbia High School cadets recently attended the Alabama State JROTC Youth Leadership Conference on March 7th in Prattville, Alabama focusing on "Everyday Leaders" aiming to improve leadership skills with cadets from across Alabama participating.

Cadets from all corners of Alabama met to learn, network, share best practices, and grow their leadership. The cadets also developed essential leadership skills and learned the value of resilience, responsibility, and perseverance.

The conference emphasized the importance of learning from failure, embracing challenges, and stepping outside their comfort zones.

Through hands-on experiences and teamwork, these cadets honed their ability to lead, serve, and protect—preparing them to make a lasting impact in their communities.
