Dear Students,
It is with great excitement and humility that I welcome you back to school for the 2025-2026 school year! As your new principal, I am both honored and thrilled to be a part of this incredible West Huntsville community and I’m eager to work alongside each of you to “Create Opportunities for Success”. Our school is a place where every student is valued, and each of you has unique talents, strengths, and ideas that will help make this year special. Our mission is to foster a high-quality education for all students, no matter their background, interests, or challenges. We will provide you with opportunities, resources, and encouragement to succeed.
This year, I want each of you to feel empowered to take ownership of your learning. Whether you're exploring new pathways, strengthening skills in areas where you’ve already excelled, or challenging yourself in something unfamiliar. I want you to know that success looks different for everyone and every step forward is a step toward your success. Our dedicated teachers and staff are here to guide, support, and motivate you throughout the year. I encourage you to take risks, inquire, and embrace every opportunity to learn, grow, and collaborate with your peers. Remember, success is not just about grades, but about progress, perseverance, and the courage to believe in yourself.
We will work together to make sure every student, no matter where they start, has the tools they need to succeed and the encouragement to keep going. It is my hope that each of you will make this year your best year at Columbia High.
