Announcements
We are excited to announce that all scholars will receive their 26-27 class schedules before going home for summer break.
The Innovation Showcase will feature our 9th and 10th Grade Trailblazers on April 13th and our 11th and 12th Grade Visionaries on April 14th next week.
April 24th is a Weather Day for Huntsville City Schools - No School.
Prom is Aril 25th- prom is for Columbia High School students only. Any student that does not live in the Columbia school zone will not be allowed to attend prom.
Academics
Scholars, please make sure that you are completing all assignments in class. It is imperative that you check your grades and stay on top of your academics.
Student Grades: Parents can monitor daily grades and attendance via the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Attendance
Our attendance goal for this year is 95% daily attendance rate.
Keep in mind that no scholar can miss more than 18 days of school without it counting against our attendance rate.
We are required by law to file charges against anyone who has missed more than 18 days out of school, so please make sure we attend school daily.

Attitude
We had a very good week last week. Let's continue to SOAR and respect all teachers and students daily. We have a zero policy for any acts of violence which include bullying and fighting.
I caution all juniors and seniors that if you are involved in a fight in the next few weeks, you will not be allowed to attend prom.
