Here's a look at What's Happening in the Eagle's Nest this week:
Announcements
No school- Monday, September 7th- Labor Day.
National Honor Society (NHS) candidate information forms are available in Ms. Davis' classroom (Room 221) to pick up.
ACT Prep starts this week and will be every Monday - Thursday for the next 25 weeks of school.
Senior Parent Meeting- Tuesday at 5:30 PM.
Weekly Co-Op Visit -Thursday.
Club Fridays begin this week.
Senior Drape Portraits- Friday beginning at 9:00 AM.
Band and Cheer Field Trip to Providence Elementary (PBIS Celebration)-Friday.
Progress Reports go home Friday.
Academics
We will start ACT Prep for grades 9-11 Tuesday. We will do ACT Prep Monday - Thursday for the next 25 weeks of school.
We will following the format below:
Monday - Math
Tuesday - Reading
Wednesday - Writing
Thursday - Grammar
Attendance
Most are doing a great job attending school daily, but we have a couple who are missing too many days early.
Remember, if a student misses 15 or more days out of school, they will not be allowed to attend any events during or after school.

Athletics
Tuesday
Flag Football @ Albertville game time is 6:30 PM.
JV Football will host Mae Jemison game time is 7:00 PM. This game will be played at Columbia High School.
Thursday
Volleyball at JPII with games starting at 4:30 PM.
Flag Football will travel to Austin with game time being at 6:00 PM.
Friday
Football team will host Fort Payne @ Joe Davis Stadium with kickoff at 7:00 PM. (Since this game is on 9/11 we will wear Red, White and Blue accessories with our Columbia apparel).
Saturday
Volleyball will participate in a tournament at West Morgan High School.
Swim team will be in action at the aquatic center.
