Chapman Middle School’s Hispanic Heritage celebration was a vibrant showcase of culture, rhythm, and athletics. The atmosphere was electric as the Columbia High Heritage Dancers took the stage. They captivated the audience by demonstrating beautifully choreographed traditional dances before inviting Chapman students to join in. The dancers provided hands-on instruction, turning the event into a collaborative and joyous learning experience.
The excitement continued with a special visit from Fabio Hernandez, coach of the Huntsville City Football Club. Coach Hernandez engaged the students with fabulous insights into the game of soccer while weaving in inspiring stories about his own heritage. The students thoroughly enjoyed listening to his journey and were thrilled to watch him demonstrate his skilled soccer moves, making it a memorable day of learning and fun.
